Florida’s premier classical choral ensemble, the Master Chorale of South Florida, performs Handel’s revered Messiah in its entirety under the baton of renowned conductor James Judd. With more than 100 top singers from the Master Chorale, a Baroque ensemble from the fine Boca Raton Symphonia and four stellar young soloists from the Curtis Institute of Music, Messiah will be an unforgettable performance and the perfect start to the holiday season.

The Girl Choir of South Florida is a community of 95 local singers, ages 7 through 18, who perform nationally with a mission to help build self-esteem and character in young girls and women. The program will include seasonal holiday favorites and selections from their upcoming winter concert program titled “Gloria!”

Lecture Series

Join Maestro James Judd and featured soloists to end your afternoon on a high note with a reception immediately following the matinee performance of Messiah at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts.

The party, which will be held on the Mezzanine Level, will give you a chance to stretch your legs, wet your whistle, tame your hunger and greet the Maestro and soloists in the company of fellow music lovers. The cost is only $60 per person and includes wine or beer and a variety of heavy hors d'oeuvres. A cash bar will be available.
