GHOST LIGHT SOCIETY'S 14TH ANNUAL SOIRÉE SET FOR NOVEMBER 4

Guests will be treated to an “Evening at the Casbah” at the 14th Annual Ghost Light Society Soirée presented by UKG on Saturday, November 4 from 7 to 11 p.m. at The Parker, 707 N.E. 8th Street in Fort Lauderdale.
The Ghost Light Society’s annual soirée is one of the most anticipated events of the year bringing together more than 250 emerging philanthropists and community and business leaders to raise funds for arts-in-educations programs that serve more than 100,000 students annually at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts.
This year, the unique evening of dining and dancing onstage at The Parker will be even more exciting, as guests will also enjoy a live, intimate performance by multi-faceted musician, producer and songwriter Michael Glabicki and guitarist Dirk Miller of the multi-platinum band, Rusted Root. Formed in 1990, Rusted Root, led by Glabicki, inspired audiences around the world with its polyrhythmic, multicultural rock-and-soul music. Long-time fans and new listeners alike will enjoy hearing the duo perform the old Rusted Root favorites in an up-close setting.
