Mary Poppins Jr.: Sensory-Inclusive Performance

This Sensory Inclusive Performance is intended to create a welcoming and supportive environment for children and adults on the autism spectrum as well as individuals with other sensitivity issues or developmental disabilities. To create a sensory-Inclusive setting, slight adjustments have been made to the production including reduced sound levels, no flashing or strobe lights and minimal special effects. An area adjacent to the theater has been designated as a Quiet Room with specially trained volunteers to provide audience support.

Based on one of the most popular Disney movies of all time and the Broadway musical that played for over 2,500 performances and received multiple Olivier and Tony Awards nominations, Cameron Mackintosh and Disney's Mary Poppins is capturing hearts in a whole new way: as a practically perfect Broadway Junior musical! Cameron Mackintosh and Disney's Mary Poppins JR. is an enchanting mixture of irresistible story, unforgettable songs and breathtaking dance numbers. This show is a perfect opportunity to showcase a strong, iconic female performer, as well as unique special effects and illusions. This musical is performed by the talented 13–18 year old Young Professionals student group.

Lap Tickets are $5.00 and available for purchase for children 12 months and under only at the Broward Center's AutoNation Box Office. Everyone in the theater must have a ticket.
