The Happening: A Theatrical Mixtape, Volume VI: Power to the People

Art Prevails Project returns with their annual multidisciplinary theatrical experience, The Happening: A Theatrical Mixtape. In this, the sixth volume in the series,  drama, poetry and music are used to explore the beauty and tragedy of the human experience. Journey through the past, present and future while this amazing ensemble cast tugs on every imaginable emotion. 

Featuring some of South Florida's most-talented artists, The Happening: A Theatrical Mixtape, Volume VI: Power to the People, is an immersive adventure filled with moments of laughter and deep contemplation that promises to leave audiences inspired. 

This program is part of the Broward Center's Arts for Action: Black Voices initiative which aims to use the arts as a tool or catalyst to heighten awareness, deepen knowledge, and mobilize action on social justice issues.

The Arts for Action: Black Voices initiative is generously presented by Baptist Health and JM Family Enterprises, Inc., with support from TD Charitable Foundation, which focuses on how the arts and artists can be a force for change in addressing critical issues of social justice and racial equity.
