RENEWAL TERMS
Consent and Terms: Automatic Annual Renewal Terms and Cancellation Policy: Unless cancelled by you in accordance with our automatic renewal procedure, your membership will automatically renew for successive renewal terms of one (1) year each without any additional action by you. We will send you an automatic renewal reminder notice via email no less than 30 days but no more than 60 days prior to your Cancellation Deadline (as defined below). We will bill your credit card for the annual membership renewal fee at the beginning of the month following your membership expiration date. If you chose to upgrade or modify your membership, you will be billed for the difference and your benefits will adjust accordingly. If you would like to cancel your automatic renewal, you must do so no later than 15 days prior to your membership expiration date (the “Cancellation Deadline”) by contacting Joanna Orrego, Membership Coordinator, at 954.468.2681 or contacting the Entourage office at entourage@browardcenter.org. You acknowledge and agree that (i) your membership and this agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provision or rule that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida), (ii) your membership and this agreement were entered into in the State of Florida, (iii) any breach of this agreement shall be deemed to have occurred in the State of Florida and (iv) any actions arising out of, based upon or otherwise relating to your membership or this agreement shall be brought in the Circuit or County Court located in Broward County, Florida or, if federal jurisdiction is appropriate, the federal court located in Broward County, Florida.
